Education
opportunities designed specifically for home, hospice and palliative care providers
MCA’s affiliate, the Midwest Center for Home, Hospice & Palliative Care Education, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which receives its funding through a variety of resources, including educational programming, grant funding, donations and charitable workplace campaigns.
Education is the cornerstone for staff development and ongoing improvement in services, particularly as the home, hospice and palliative care industry continues to evolve both in Ohio and nationally. That's why Midwest Care Alliance continually evaluates the educational needs of our members and adapts our programming accordingly. Every educational program is designed to help our members stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and enhance their business operations.
Midwest Care Alliance offers educational programs for all levels – directors, managers, clinical and administrative staff and those in other related disciplines such as nurses, physicians, Social Workers, chaplains, Home Health Aides, bereavement staff, volunteers, etc.
Our members receive up to 50% discounts on all educational offerings. And, some offerings, such as our Lunch and Learn teleconferences are complimentary. Learn more about the benefits of membership.
